Once you cancel you won't be charged again, but you are responsible for charges already incurred.

Please give us a brief message about why you are ending your relationship with us, so that we may make our service better for our existing and future customers. Please let us know what we did right, and what we can improve on. After a brief telephonic confirmation, your account will be closed.

Note: Accounts are not closed until closed via the account control panel as described above. This is especially important if you have elected for recurring billing. You will be removed from the billing cycle immediately after you submit your termination request. You will be logged out of the control panel and receive a confirmation email indicating your account has been successfully closed. Please retain this email for your records. Once completed, your account will never ever be processed for another billing cycle.

As a precautionary measure, we must disclose that any and all credit card charge backs are referred to an outside collection agency. The amount of the charge back plus processing and administrative fees will apply.
